Federal Reserve Financial Services recently announced that Amy Burr has been named Chief Product and Relationship Officer, succeeding Shonda Clay, who is now First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Amy previously led FRFS Product Development and brings deep experience in payments and financial services. In her new role, she will oversee the Product and Relationship Management Team (PRiMe), including product development and engagement with depository financial institutions and industry stakeholders.
